Cancellation & Refund Policy

Upon order confirmation, a 24-hour cancellation window is available, during which you can cancel your order through phone call.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the amount will be refunded to you within 1–3 working days after the cancellation request. As refunds are credited via Payment Gateway you had paid to, in some circumstances, it might take up to 7 working days.

Once the cancellation window is closed, the order can no longer be cancelled.

How will I get a refund for the canceled orders, and how long will this process take?

We will process the refund within 1–3 working days after receiving the cancellation request.

The refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours. In some cases, It may take 2–3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
